Work tasks on Friday were:
- Taping and mudding the seams in the ceiling.
- Sanding and staining the antique door for the main entrance.
- Painting an outside wall.
- Mudding rooms above the main room.

After lunch, in the heat of the day, it is hard to stay awake.
On the way home, we stopped for ice cream at a little convenience store. There are several of them on the road. They have pretty much everything for sale: drinks, ice cream bars, snacks, candy, rat poison, soap, beer, whiskey, food, etc. They love it when we stop because we eat a lot of ice cream and buy some snacks.
